podcast

Podcasts are great if you are looking for some entertainment beside cable T.V, Netflix, and YouTube. Give it a try. It could be exactly what you need and you may not even know it. This list is just a few favorites I have been listening to lately.

The Visit with Dr. Arabia Mollette

I love the straight-forward medical advice from this N.Y doc. She is a fun & energetic emergency medicine doctor who discusses topics such as health, fitness, relationships and more! Guests from NYC and around the globe help answer challenging health questions and concerns. After one episode, you will be hooked.

Laila Ali Lifestyle

This former boxer has recently expanded her broad range of talents, becoming a health and wellness inspiration. Of course, she is well known for her boxing career and some may even know her from the t.v. show Dancing with the Stars. Her podcasts highlight reputable people in the industry.

Dear Sugar

Cheryl Strayed and Steve Allman are an excellent duo.  Cheryl is a best-selling author of several books and has even been mentioned in Oprah’s book club! This flawless pairing from a couple who are not intimate with each other is unique and amazing. Originating from a successful advice column, this podcast is here to stay.

The Friend Zone

Fran, Dustin, and Asante are three friends who have come together to discuss real topics in an entertaining and practical way. They chat about current events in pop culture, health & wellness tips, new music, reality T.V. I have been listening to this podcast for over a year now.  Lately, on Wednesday, I enjoy my routine where I take my son to his sports program and sit and listen to The Friend Zone in the while he plays.

The 5am Miracle

Jeff Sanders has been podcasting for over four years and doesn’t seem to be slowing down. He’s had guests on his show like Lisa Gray and Deepak Chopra. Productivity is the main focus of his discussions. He offers lifelong habits and tip & strategies to get you excited for life.

  1. First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
I’ve had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to
figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Kudos! https://ketoplatinumdiet.net/

I would love to hear from you!
